Privacy Policy

SlipKit ("we", "us") operates the SlipKit Telegram bot and this website. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@slipkit.app.

• Telegram user ID — used to identify your account. Never exposed publicly.
• Email address — collected during onboarding (optional). Used only to deliver your reports.
• Bet data — selections, stakes, odds, outcomes, sportsbook. Stored to calculate your P&L.
• Timezone & report cadence preference — used to schedule report delivery.
• Stripe payment data — if you subscribe to Pro, Stripe stores your card details. We only receive your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.

When you send a screenshot to the bot, the image is transmitted to Google's Vision API for text recognition. Images are not stored by SlipKit after the OCR process completes — typically within a few seconds. Google may process the image in accordance with its own Cloud Data Processing Terms.

If you are located in the UK or EU, please be aware that your image data is processed by Google Cloud infrastructure which may operate across regions. By sending images to the bot, you consent to this processing.

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to operate the bot and deliver reports you requested.
• Legitimate interest — to detect abuse, ensure rate limiting, and maintain service security.
• Consent — for email report delivery (you provide your address voluntarily and may remove it via /settings at any time).

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your bet history and account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible. To request account deletion, contact us at privacy@slipkit.app.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Data portability (export your bet history as CSV — available on Pro)

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of SlipKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
